Managing the Multicultural Workforce

This workshop will include brief presentations on various elements of what we propose as a multicultural model. It will be comprise in a learning environment and in form of presentations, interactions and reflection during the workshop. It is very important that all employers have the opportunity to experience the workshop as it provides the theoretical and experiential frame and a common language for future workshops.
