Solving Employee Problems

The true test of a manger or supervisor is the ability to solve employee problems and to timely correct poor performance of his/her employees. Beyond the obvious results of poor employee performance such as lost productivity and poor financial returns, uncorrected employee problems destroy the morale of good employees. The most damaging aspect of unsolved employee problems is the perceptio n by performing employees that you are unfair or just dont carethat you really dont look out for them.
