Training Stockpeople to Be Maximizers of Pig State-of-Being

It is my pleasure in the next few minutes to kick off this mornings session on Stockmanship and Training. As the pork industry moves into a new posture vis a vis the animal-welfare issue, even more attention needs to be paid to the nature of responsible stockmanship and the training of pig keepers to be responsible stockpeople.
